Hump DayHappy Hump Day, everyone!
Well we got our massages last night. I had so many knots from looking down at the computer ever day all day. She really worked them out hard. I'm actually a little sore today, but in a good way. I feel much better. Tonight we go decide on a house. Yeah!
Anyway, today I want to share things with you on our local news.
First, K-Fed (Mr. Brittany Spears) was at our local radio station KISS 106.1 with Kidd Kraddick and the morning show last Friday promoting his new album. Kidd challenged K-Fed to a dance off on the dance revolution game. Here is a video clip of this and it is hiliarious.

Shannon - it usually does feel good and mine felt going while getting it done. I have just been sore today. Weird, hun? I think is is like maintenance for your body and you need to go at least once a month to really benefit from it. LOL!

The dancing was a blast. I even did a "Thank you, thank you" bow at the end. Love that song....brings back the days.
