Nice Sonya!!! I like how the kitchen is open like that—did you think about putting an island in the middle? It’s so nice. Make sure you put tiles in all the high traffic areas; it will save you a lot of headaches! Look at me? I’m almost as excited as you:) September will not come soon enough :(

My wife and i put in bids on six houses, all at or above asking price before we finally got one under contract. I feel your pain.

As for the house being complete by Sept, I really doubt it. Everyone that I know that has built a home has waited an average of three months longer than they were told, so figure on a Christmas move in.
